Which core services do you offer?We offer treatments at two Bay Area locations: the East Bay and San Francisco.
Not local? Book a Virtual Consultation. It's a one-hour session with me, followed by 3-4 hours of in-studio research on your skin. You'll receive a multi-page summary with your personalized plan. BOTANICAL ATELIER

Do you ship internationally?
$35 FLAT RATE INTERNATIONAL When you check out you should see your country as an option, if it is not, please reach out to us. PLS NOTE: NO REFUNDS for any shipment leaving USA. DUTY + Tax is charged per your country and it is not our responsibility.
What if I don’t like the product?
We absolutely understand there are times your skin doesn’t agree with our products. You can exchange or return within 30 days. However, shipping is not covered both ways.
Do you offer discounts + sale?We give a 15% discount to our private clients who buy our services. You can also receive the discount if you subscribe to our products. (no commitment). We might have special promos from time to time but bc our products are limited in qty and are fresh when you order, we do typically do not have overstocks.
What is your shipping turnaround?
Almost all of our products are made fresh to order, so we ship within 24-48 hours of your order (business days: Monday-Friday). Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
