Appointments and Consultations
Botanical Atelier provides cosmetic esthetic services and skincare consultations. These services do not constitute medical care. Appointment availability, deposits, cancellation requirements, late-arrival policies, and rescheduling terms are shown during the booking process. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies presented at checkout. Results vary based on skin condition, home care, consistency, medical history, lifestyle, and other individual factors.
Orders, Shipping, and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 2-3business days, excluding holidays and unusually high-volume periods. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before completing an order. For help with a delayed, damaged, missing, or incorrect order, contact hello@botanical-atelier.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, opened or used products are not returnable. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Digital products, downloaded materials, consultations, gift cards, shipping charges, and completed services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. To request a return, email hello@botanical-atelier.com before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Intellectual Property
The Poetry of Skin and Botanical Atelier names, logos, photographs, product copy, formulas, designs, graphics, educational materials, and website content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
