Bare Canvas Cream
Bare Canvas Cream
50ml — $125
For skin recovering from Malassezia disruption. Fungal acne aftermath. Post-inflammatory erythema. Atopic barrier compromise. Microbiome dysbiosis. Barrier breakdown from incorrect product use.
Clearing the disruption is only half the work.
When Malassezia overgrows it doesn't just inflame — it dismantles. It breaks down the ceramide architecture that holds your barrier together. It destabilizes the microbiome. It leaves skin reactive, dehydrated, and marked — flat pink traces of inflammation that can persist for months after the organism has been quieted.
This cream is the second movement.
The restoration.
Built for the Aftermath
Every ingredient was chosen with one question — does it repair without feeding what we just cleared?
No oils. No esters. No fatty acids in any form. The Malassezia-feeding ingredients hidden in almost every barrier cream on the market — squalane, plant oils, fatty esters, fatty alcohols — are absent here entirely.
What remains is only what skin needs to rebuild.
The Restoration Complex
Complete Ceramide Architecture
The full lamellar system that Malassezia disruption degrades — not one ceramide but the complete physiological ratio that mirrors what healthy barrier skin produces. Ceramide NP, Ceramide AP, Ceramide EOP, Phytosphingosine, Cholesterol. Delivered in a form skin can immediately integrate.
Microbiome Repair
Bifidobacterium ferment that reestablishes microbiome balance — not by killing but by restoring the conditions under which healthy microbial diversity returns. The ecosystem relearning its own order.
Niacinamide
For the PIE — the flat pink and red marks inflammation leaves behind. On Korean and Asian skin tones where post-inflammatory response is more pronounced and more persistent, niacinamide at this concentration addresses the vascular marking directly. Where meaningful change happens.
Zinc Pidolate
Carried through from Bare Canvas Paste — maintaining the antifungal environment at the follicular level while the barrier rebuilds above it. The two products working in continuity.
Sargassum Marine Complex
Marine-derived. Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, with documented mild antifungal properties that support the environment the paste established. The ocean has always known how to regulate what overgrows.
Next-Generation Humectancy
Sodium Polyglutamate and Glycerin — for the dehydration Malassezia-disrupted skin carries underneath its inflammation. Oily at the surface, parched beneath — addressed without adding anything the compromised barrier cannot handle.
진정
Jinjung
진정 in Korean — to calm. To settle. To bring back to stillness.
Not suppression. Not force. Settlement.
This cream is 진정. It does not tingle or flush or promise overnight transformation. It gives skin back — steadily, quietly — what the disruption took.
How to Use
Apply morning and evening after cleansing and any treatment layers. Use on cheeks, barrier-compromised zones, and areas recovering from fungal disruption or post-inflammatory marking.
Do not apply to active Malassezia zones — use Bare Canvas Paste there. This cream is for the repair phase, not the active treatment zone.
Atopic skin: this is your primary barrier support. Apply to all non-active zones morning and evening.
This is a studio-dispensed clinical formula. Dispensed as part of your treatment protocol by your Licensed Master Esthetician.
INCI: Water, Dimethicone, Glycerin, Niacinamide, Emulsifying Wax NF, Sargassum Fluitans/Natans Extract, Bifidobacterium Ferment, Panthenol, Xanthan Gum, Ceramide NP, Ceramide AP, Ceramide EOP, Sodium Polyglutamate, Beta-Glucan, Phytosphingosine, Cholesterol, Allantoin, Pentylene Glycol, Zinc Pidolate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Lactic Acid
