Bare Canvas Paste
ZInc Oxide 15ml
For Malassezia folliculitis. Fungal acne. Seborrheic dermatitis. Tinea versicolor. Acne with fungal overlap. Atopic skin with Malassezia component.
Your skin has its own ecosystem.
Malassezia lives in it — on every human skin, feeding quietly on the sebum your follicles produce. It belongs there, in balance. But when that balance tips — through puberty, antibiotics, humidity, the wrong products, a barrier that has been worn down — Malassezia overgrows.
It colonizes the follicle. It produces inflammatory byproducts. It creates a pattern of breakouts that looks like acne, responds like acne, but is not acne.
Standard acne treatments don't touch it. Many make it worse.
This does something different.
What Zinc Knows
Zinc has been used in skin medicine for thousands of years — long before we understood why it worked. Ancient healers reached for it instinctively. Your own body does the same — the moment skin inflames, it mobilizes zinc to the site. Your biology already knows this is the answer.
We now understand the mechanism. Zinc disrupts Malassezia at the membrane level — blocking the proton pump that sustains the organism, interrupting its ability to feed and proliferate. It does not strip the skin. It does not disturb the broader microbiome. It targets the imbalance with precision — and holds the terrain while repair begins.
Two Forms. Two Depths.
This paste delivers zinc in two forms simultaneously — a formulation decision rooted in Korean clinical layering philosophy.
Surface and depth. Visible and invisible.
Zinc Oxide
Sits at the skin surface. Physical antifungal barrier. Absorbs the sebum Malassezia feeds on without stripping the skin that surrounds it. Calms the inflammation the organism leaves behind. This is the zinc you can see working.
Zinc Pidolate
Goes deeper. A chelated, bioavailable form of zinc that penetrates to the follicular level — where Malassezia actually lives. Working where you cannot see it. At the source.
Kaolin
Absorbs the lipid-rich sebum that sustains Malassezia — creating an inhospitable environment without disturbing what healthy microbiome remains.
The base is pure silicone.
No oils. No esters. No fatty acids. Nothing that feeds the organism this formula is designed to quiet. Just clean, precise delivery of two forms of zinc directly to the follicle.
결 Gyeol
결 in Korean means grain — the texture and character of something refined. The way good skin has a quality that isn't just surface.
This paste has 결. It applies with the smoothness of silicone — spreads without drag, settles without weight. The volatile silicone carrier evaporates on contact, leaving the zinc and kaolin exactly where they need to be. Nothing excess. Nothing that shouldn't be there.
Formulation as restraint. Which is, in Korean clinical thinking, the highest form of care.
How to Use
Cleanse. Apply a thin even layer over affected zones — forehead, scalp margins, cheeks, back, or wherever Malassezia disruption has been confirmed. Leave on. Do not rinse.
Active flare: use nightly as a treatment layer.
Maintenance: every second or third evening once disruption has settled.
Atopic skin with Malassezia component: apply to affected zones only. Pair with [CREAM NAME] on non-affected zones.
INCI: Zinc Oxide, Kaolin, Dimethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, Glycerin, Panthenol, Allantoin, Zinc PCA, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin.
