Most cleansing oils reach for whatever’s cheapest. We didn’t. At the heart of Gold Drop is cold-pressed, organic sunflower oil, sourced from England — and it’s here for a reason, not as a filler. This sunflower is exceptionally rich in linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid your skin uses to build and repair its own barrier. I have searched high and low for this type of sunflower oil and I cannot find it here in the USA where they guarantee stable sunflower oil so we sourced it from England. Skin that’s prone to breakouts is often low in linoleic acid, which is part of why congestion and clogged pores happen. By cleansing with it rather than stripping it away, Gold Drop gives your skin back the very thing it’s missing. And because linoleic oils are delicate, ours is guaranteed fresh and never rancid — so every drop delivers its full nourishment.
We also fold in sea buckthorn berry, one of nature’s richest sources of omega-7, carotenoids, and vitamin E. It lends a soft golden hue and a quiet layer of antioxidant protection — a small, luminous touch that reflects the care in every bottle.
Carrot Root Tissue Oil Extract: slowly infused to draw out its natural beta-carotene, the same warm pigment that gives carrots their color. Beta-carotene is a powerful antioxidant, and here it protects our delicate, linoleic-rich oils so every drop stays fresh. It also gives Gold Drop its soft, sunlit hue, naturally and with no synthetic dyes.
Massage onto dry skin, add a little warm water to transform it into a silken milk, and rinse thoroughly. Makeup, sunscreen, and the day melt away. Your barrier stays intact.
